Definitions

"Website" refers to all online information found on NY Book Publishers' website pages.

"Customer," "You," or "Yours" refers to you and/or any individual placing an order on your behalf with NY Book Publishers.

"Company," "We," or "Our" refers to NY Book Publishers.

"Product" refers to all services and goods offered by NY Book Publishers to the Customer in accordance with their Order.

"Order" refers to a request placed by the Customer, either by telephone or email, to acquire services or products from NY Book Publishers. Payments made through credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, or PayPal are required to finalize orders. x

Services

NY Book Publishers offers a range of services, including book writing, editing, publishing, marketing, and design. Specific details of each service are outlined in your order agreement.

Revision Policy

Depending on the package you select, revisions may be included. Customers can request unlimited free revisions, provided that the requirements align with the initial order details. If there are any changes to the order requirements, a fee may be charged.

If there are changes to the original order requirements, an additional fee may apply.

Change of Mind

A 100% refund is available if no work has been initiated on your project, meaning no team has been assigned and no work has begun.

If work has started on your project and you decide to discontinue or cancel it within the first 24 hours, you are entitled to a partial refund. It is recommended to coordinate with your assigned project manager for a smooth resolution.

Once deliverables have been produced and revisions availed, refund requests will no longer be accepted. However, customers are encouraged to discuss potential compensation with their project manager.

Incompetent Delivery

Customers may request a refund if project errors occur due to mistakes in the requirement analysis phase.

Unlimited revisions and team changes (up to three times) are offered to resolve such issues.

Late Delivery

The standard turnaround time for deliverables is 10-15 business days.
If three late delivery attempts are made due to the company's fault, a refund may be processed.

How to Claim Your Refund

Inform your project manager about your concerns and reason for requesting a refund.

Refunds Timeframe

Refunds can only be claimed before the project is completed.

Requests filed after project completion will be reviewed based on approvals and prior communications.

Non-Issuance of Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for minor issues, such as grammatical errors, typing mistakes, or word count discrepancies. Instead, partial refunds or discounts for future purchases may be offered.

Intellectual Property Rights

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content provided. NY Book Publishers will not be liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from the Customer's materials.

Confidentiality

NY Book Publishers treats all customer-provided information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

NY Book Publishers is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of New York.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

NY Book Publishers reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
